Red Australian Labradoodles are very rare, but we are very lucky to have some particularly strong red lines at Lomond Hills. The red colour should be even, solid and rich. A true red Australian Labradoodle should not be lighter at the root than on the outer coat. It is quite common for red Australian Labradoodles to fade to a gold/apricot colour as they get older.
Bouncer was our first red stud boy, and he has done a great job introducing this rare and sought after colour into our breeding programme. We are fortunate to produce both miniature and medium sized red Australian Labradoodle puppies quite frequently.
